Alain Ducasse

Culinary icon Alain Ducasse is preparing to introduce an ambitious French-American steakhouse at Wynn Al Marjan Island, set across two striking levels and spanning roughly 1,820 square metres. Designed to feel both exclusive and theatrical, the menu incorporates classic steakhouse favourites with elevated French elements. Expect duck foie gras brioche, cheese soufflé starters, tableside steak carving from the “Beef Club,” and flambéed desserts such as Baked Alaska. Ducasse describes the project as a daring reenvisioning of the traditional steakhouse, mixing American roots with a modern French sensibility. When Wynn opens in early 2027, the restaurant will stand alongside Delilah as one of the resort’s signature dining destinations.
