To ensure the success of our events and fairness to all members and partners, we have established the following cancellation and no-show policy:
We kindly ask that any changes or cancellations to your reservation be communicated to us no less than 48 hours before the scheduled event. This allows us to manage our seating and offer the opportunity to other members.
For cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the event, a fee of AED 150 per person will be charged to the credit card on file.
In the case of a no-show, where the member does not attend the event without any prior cancellation, the totality of the menu price per person will be charged to the provided credit card.
This policy is in place to mitigate the impact of last-minute cancellations and no-shows on our events and to ensure that our members have access to these exclusive dining experiences.
